All deposits, withdrawals and transfers are made through your main Sportmarket account even if you only place bets through Sportmarket Pro.

You can transfer funds between your main Sportmarket account and Sportmarket Pro when logged in at www.sportmarket.com.

When you have made your first deposit, we kindly ask you to visit "Get Started" page and follow the steps in order to get your Pro account open.




Please be advised that we reserve the right to increase withdrawal fees for any kind of Deposit system abuse.

We recommend that you use bank transfer as the preferred method to deposit and withdraw with Sportmarket. Bank transfers are normally cheap and quick, be advised that we are able to receive payments exclusively in EUR via SEPA transfers.

Please note that the minimum stake per bet through Sportmarket Pro is EUR 5*

You can start betting after making your initial deposit but all our customers will need to verify the details in their accounts before making withdrawals or being allowed to make buddy transfers.

Transfers between main
Sportmarket & Sportmarket PRO

Your main Sportmarket account is used for making deposits, withdrawals and transfers. You can make transfers between your main Sportmarket account and Sportmarket Pro by choosing My Account -> Transfer -> Pro Transfer.

Choose which account to send from in the dropdown and enter the desired amount. Click NEXT and TRANSFER MONEY in the next step to complete the transaction.

Transfers to bookmakers

Transfers between your main account and bookmaker accounts

In order to transfer funds between your Sportmarket Main account and other accounts we have opened for you directly with the bookmakers, please contact us at support@sportmarket.com.

Buddy transfer

User (Buddy) transfers

Once we have verified your account you will be able to make transfers to your buddies.

In order to make a transfer please choose My Account / Transfer / User Transfer and enter your friend's Nickname. Please note that the Nickname may be different from the Username so you need to get that from your friend.

Please contact us if you want to use the buddy transfer functionality and it is not activated in your account (no tab showing the title User transfer under My Account / Transfer).

Please be advised that transferred funds are only meant to be used in betting purposes. Immediate withdrawal request will not be authorized as receiving party is required to make 5x turnover before the withdrawal can be authorized. For any additional information, please do contact Customer Support.

Verification of accounts

KYC

In order to maintain the highest level of security, we require our customers to provide us with certain documentation as part of KYC (“Know Your Customer”) policy. In accordance with the regulations under which we operate we are obliged to verify the accounts in order to prevent any kind of fraudulent behavior (betting from restricted countries, gaming by minors, identity theft, money laundering, etc).

If you haven’t verified your account yet we kindly ask you to do that as soon as possible. You can do it before making any deposit if you prefer that.

Please scan the following documents or take photos of them and send them to kyc@sportmarket.com (if the files you are sending are larger than 5MB you need to ask us for an alternative email address):

1.

A clear photocopy/picture of your Government issued Photo ID (Passport/front and back side of ID Card/Driver's Licence)

2.

A clear photocopy of a recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) showing your name and the home address stated in your Sportmarket account.

* Kindly note that we do not accept mobile phone bills as a proof of residency nor screenshots of any kind.

** Please note that any document sent must have all the edges clearly visible.

Upon review of the provided documents, we will inform you on the status of your account;

and after the KYC procedure has been finished your account will be fully verified.
